The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Statement (“Statement”) explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed when you use the Motiveex mobile applications (the “App”), the Motiveex website (the “Site”) and all information, content, services, and products available at or through them (collectively “Motiveex” or the “Service”) or when you otherwise interact with us.

Our primary goals in collecting user data and personal information are to provide and improve Motiveex, its services, features and content and to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate the Service.

(3.1) Types of Data collected:  Among the types of Personal Data that this Application collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: Cookies; Usage Data; email address; first name; last name; country; phone number; password; profile picture; number of sessions; session duration; In-app purchases; first launches; operating systems; unique device identifiers for advertising (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA, for example); payment data; Data communicated while using the service; date of birth; Universally unique identifier (UUID); Crash information; Retention, device information.

Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application.

Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service.

Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through this Application and confirm that they have the third party’s consent to provide the Data to the Owner.

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Services, as well as for the following purposes: Analytics, Contacting the User, Managing contacts and sending messages, Tag Management, Social features, Platform services and hosting, Registration and authentication, Managing data collection and online surveys, Interaction with data collection platforms and other third parties, Advertising, Hosting and backend infrastructure, Handling payments, Beta Testing, Managing support and contact requests, Interaction with live chat platforms, Interaction with support and feedback platforms, Commercial affiliation, and Infrastructure monitoring.

(6.1) We may directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, e.g. from Google Analytics or Google Firebase Analytics, to help us measure traffic, social media reach and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect and store on their servers information sent by your browser or mobile application that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any p particular individual user.

If you consent, we may send you push notifications or alerts to your device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings in the Motiveex Menu or in the Settings of your device.

Your personal information and Content may be transferred to – and maintained on – computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. Your consent to this Statement followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Motiveex may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your user data and personal information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

13. LIMITATION OF SCOPE

This Privacy Statement does not apply to the practices of companies Motiveex does not own or control or to people that we does not employ or manage.
